I'm Mary Dansak. I am a compelling writer, an engaging speaker, and an enthusiastic horsewoman. Writing and speaking from a place of deep love and reverence for the natural world, I bring fresh perspectives and creative insights to any page or setting.

Primarily an essayist but dabbling in other forms of writing, I am available to lead interactive workshops and to speak on topics ranging from storytelling to sharing resources to the creative process.
Equestrian
My return to horses has transformed me into a fierce advocate for others to pursue their passions. I am an inspiring motivational speaker, whether the topic is horse related or otherwise.
Naturalist
As a certificatied Alabama Master Naturalist and retired science education specialist, I am knowledgable and enthusiastic about the natural world.
