Box Turtles, Hooligans, and Love, Sweet Love

We launched Box Turtles, Hooligans, and Love, Sweet Love out into the world on February 13, 2025 at Pebble Hill, Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. What a celebration it was! My friend Lizzie wrote an introduction, a love letter really, that made me cry. With my trusty friends and a few Breyer Horses manning the  table, we sold out of inventory. Be sure to feast your eyes on the cookies that look like the books, thanks to my cousin Katie. 

Since the launch, I continue to breathe air under her wings, helping to give my book a lift into the hands of people who will love her and appreciate the odd humor and unexpected twists found in these stories and columns.
